Kale crisps

Ingredients

  • 200 g. bag shredded kale
  • 2 tbsp. rapeseed oil
  • salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200oC, gas mark 6.
  2. Toss the kale with oil, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread out onto two large baking trays and bake for 15-20 minutes, swapping the trays over half way through, until crispy.
  4. Cool and serve.
